ZIP WEBTRADE
Registration
To access the ZIP WebTrade tools
and services, you will need to have an existing Zip Plumbing Plus trade account
and apply to become a registered user.
You can apply by contacting your local Zip Plumbing Plus Branch Manager.
By applying to become a registered user, you warrant:
(a) you
are over the age of 18 (if an individual) and are domiciled or
incorporated/registered in New Zealand; and
(b) all
information you give us is true, correct and not misleading (and that you will
immediately inform us if any of your details change).
Username and password
If we accept your application
to become a registered user, we will issue you with a user name and password. Your registered user status, username and
password are for you only and not assignable or transferable to any other
person. You agree:
(a) to
keep your username and password secure and confidential and not disclose them
to any other person. You must notify us
immediately if you believe that these details are no longer secret
(b) not
to allow or permit any other person to access or use the website or any Content
using your username and password
(c) that
you are responsible and liable for any and all activities that occur under or
through the use of your username and password (including the issue of any order
form for goods or services)
(d) that
we may rely on, and are not responsible for verifying, the accuracy and
completeness of any communication received by us which appears to have
originated from your user name
(e) that
we are not responsible for any unauthorised access to or interference with any
communication issued by you through the website or your registered user account
Use of functionality
You may only use the ZIP WebTrade Content
and functionality (including the pricing, invoicing and quoting tools and the
information downloaded through your use of those tools) in relation to the
purchase, or intended purchase, of goods and services from this website and/or our
stores.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us, together with our employees,
officers, agents and representatives, from and against any and all loss,
liability, cost, claim or expense suffered or incurred by us and arising out of
the use of this website or any Content by you or through the use of your
username and password (including the use of information downloaded from this website
using the functionality available through your registered user account).
Termination of registration
Access to ZIP WebTrade is a
privilege and not a right. We may, in
our absolute discretion, at any time, with or without cause, and with or without
notice:

access to all or any part of this website or the Content;

accept or reject, with or without conditions,
any application to become a registered user; or
·
take any other action we consider desirable to
protect the security or integrity of the website and/or any Content.
Supply of goods THROUGH ZIP WEBTRADE
Supply
On receipt of a properly completed and submitted order form,
we will endeavour to supply you with the goods and services ordered. We will not be liable to any person if we decline
to fulfil, or are unable to fulfil, an order.
Submitted orders are irrevocable unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Terms
Our Terms and Conditions of Sale (as supplemented by these
Terms) apply to the supply of any goods and services by us to you.
Terms and Conditions
Price
The price of any goods or services ordered by you is as stated
on the website at the time of acceptance by us of your purchase order, unless we
expressly agree otherwise in writing. Quoted
prices exclude goods and services tax and any applicable delivery, handling and
insurance charges, each of which is payable by you (in the amounts set out in
our invoice) in addition to the quoted price.
We may alter prices at any time without notice. In particular, quoted prices identified as
being out of date will require price verification by us.
Delivery
We will endeavour to deliver goods ordered by you to the
address in New Zealand specified in your order form or otherwise agreed with
you. Delivery occurs when the goods
arrive at the nominated or agreed delivery point. We do not guarantee any particular delivery
time and are not responsible or liable for any delay in delivery.
